Giveaway terms & conditions

1. The promoter is Frood (“Frood”, “we”, “us”).
2. The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
3. To enter, participants must:
   • Follow @froodworld on Instagram
   • Comment on the giveaway post with what they would make using Frood
   • Tag the person they would cook with
   • Complete the entry form linked in Frood’s bio
4. Entries close at 11:59pm on 17 May 2026.
5. 100 selected entrants will receive one free Frood pouch delivered to the address provided in the entry form.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted.
7. Entrants must provide accurate delivery information. Frood is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
8. By entering, participants agree that if selected they will:
   • Cook something using the Frood product received
   • Send Frood a photo and/or video clip of the finished dish
9. By submitting photos, videos, or other content to Frood, participants grant Frood a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, share, edit, and use this content across Frood marketing channels including social media, website, email, and paid advertising.
10. Submission of content does not guarantee reposting or publication by Frood.
11. No cash alternative or product substitution will be offered.
12. Frood reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time where necessary.
13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
14. Any personal information submitted will only be used for:
    • Administering the giveaway
    • Product fulfilment
    • Marketing communications where the participant has opted in
15. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
